Friday Night Sponsor Dinner

The Friday Night Sponsor Dinner is an invite only dinner for the top three sponsor levels. Sponsors who will be attending the event will receive entry badges at the beginning of May.

Doors open at 6 p.m. at the Bridges. Starting drinks are served with hor d'oeuvres. Guests will enjoy a photo booth, early access to the event's silent auction items, and music.

At 7 p.m., guests will be seated at their tables and treated to a multi-course meal paired with wine chosen by an expert sommelier. After dinner, there will be a live benefit auction for items for the members of the Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club.

At 9 p.m. the meal is concluded, and guests will enjoy dancing and a few extra surprise treats.

Saturday Grand Tasting

Saturday is the main event open to the general public! General admission tickets will be available for sale for the Grand Tasting starting in February 2021. All sponsors will receive entry to the Grand Tasting general admission area as well as to a special VIP area.

The Grand Tasting will be a 3-hour event. Guests will have access to the photo booth, live music, and a silent auction. With over 50 food and beverage vendors, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
