For over 25 years, Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club has been the heartbeat of youth development in Montrose County. We're the place where kids go after school and all summer long — to be safe, to be fed, to be challenged, and to belong. We serve the hardworking families who are the backbone of this community, ensuring that every child, regardless of their family's income, has access to exceptional programming and caring mentors right here in Montrose.
We operate out of a beautifully renovated movie theater on Main Street — a landmark reimagined as a hub for the next generation. Over 300 kids walk through our doors every year, and we're growing.
The Montrose Wine Festival is our greatest community fundraiser of the year — and one of our most important sources of income. Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club relies solely on fundraisers and grants to keep our doors open; no funding is received from Boys & Girls Clubs of America. That means your ticket purchase, sponsorship, volunteer efforts, or vendor participation makes a direct and meaningful difference for the kids and families who make this community worth investing in.
So let's drink to that. 🍷
